Location was fantastic with easy beach access and a nice pool area. The room had a mildew smell and could use updating. Enjoyed the bicycle rental option nearby. Food prices are high and not worth it.

Stayed for a couple of nights. Beach access was fantastic and the pools were spacious. The elevators were very slow and there was a lot of noise at night. Enjoyed mini-golf nearby, but I expected better room conditions for the price. friendly staff.

The staff was incredibly friendly – Precious made us feel like family, and Raul at the front desk was a gem. The 9th-floor view was fantastic, and breakfast hit the spot. our first room had an unbearable smell, and service issues bogged us down. The room needed serious attention: leaky ceilings, dirty sheets, and a fridge that was a solid block of ice. Despite some bright spots, like the welcoming staff and delicious food, the maintenance left much to be desired. Such potential if it could just get the TLC it needs!

This beachfront resort is truly a gem with convenient access to the beautiful beach just a few steps away, making it easy to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and play in the waves all day long, plus there’s the added bonus of fun activities like pickleball and biking with rentals available on-site; the staff were super friendly, helping us feel right at home and ensuring we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay, although the breakfast options could use a little improvement.

We had a rough time with the elevators; only one was working for ages, so we waited half an hour just to get down. It was frustrating trying to get around with a full hotel and not enough options.

The oceanfront room was a highlight, offering stunning sunset views that captivated us. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights. I loved the citrus products in the lovely shower, leaving my hair soft and manageable. The room was very clean, and the temperature control was perfect. the noise from the pool area could be disruptive, especially with the unsatisfactory music selection. Staff interactions varied; while Carly at the front desk impressed me with her professionalism, some employees lacked warmth. Room service after a long travel day was a much-appreciated touch.

The hotel location is exceptional. Clean room and comfortable beds. Pools are plentiful, with the beach just a short distance away. The staff is accommodating; they quickly moved us to a quieter room after we raised concerns about noise and view. value is questionable. For over $300 a night, we faced several issues: malfunctioning phone, a smoking coffee pot, and hot water shortages. The air conditioning failed to work despite multiple calls for assistance. Room maintenance is lacking, with stained furniture and ripped carpet. The atmosphere is beautiful, but the service needs improvement to meet expectations. A clean property should include functional amenities and responsive support.

The room was clean and had a nice view of the ocean. We loved the complimentary breakfast, it saved us time and money while getting the day started right.
It wasn't the cheapest place to stay, but it was still fine for what we got.

The elegant setting was perfect to hang out with my loved ones or impress a date. The resort had everything, from a lavish ballroom to fantastic pools. Playing tennis was a blast!
Who doesn't love paying upfront, having broken doors, unclean rooms, non-functional TVs, and surprise bugs? Brilliant experience!

Our room was super clean and the beds were so comfy! I loved lounging at the outdoor pool, just steps from the beach. Plus, the staff really went out of their way to make our stay special!

We hit up the outdoor pool with sick beach views and joined in the awesome kids' program. From shredding waves on kayaks to diving deep into scuba fun, this place offered endless vibe for our squad!
Wish they had a more lit nightlife scene for us young peeps to keep the party going late into the night! .

Our family had a blast at the hotel with endless activities like golfing, swimming, and relaxing at the spa. The outdoor pool with beach views and the kids' program made it a perfect family choice.

The location by the beach was fantastic, just a short walk away. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. Additionally, the property itself was beautiful, providing a great backdrop for a relaxing vacation.
During my stay, there were some issues with noise from nearby guests, affecting our ability to relax. The room cleanliness could have been improved, as surfaces seemed to need more attention from housekeeping.

Loved the property's cleanliness and the helpful staff. Perfect bedding and great amenities. The location, right by the beach, was fantastic. Enjoyed the access to the beach and the nice pool area.
Had to switch rooms due to an issue with the air conditioner. Breakfast package was misleadingly priced.

The bed was cozy and the view from our room on the 9th floor was absolutely breathtaking. We appreciated the efforts of the staff, especially Raul at the front desk, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. there were some areas that needed improvement. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, lacking variety and not worth the price. The hotel itself was in need of renovations, with broken tiles and rusted fixtures in the room. our room phone didn't work for the entire week, making it difficult to communicate with the hotel staff. Despite these shortcomings, the staff's welcoming attitude and the overall comfort of the room made our stay enjoyable. We would consider returning during the summer season for the great location and excellent service.

we had a great experience at marriott in hilton head island. the friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. the well-kept ocean property with first-class bedding and linens provided a comfortable and luxurious experience. the pools and restaurants were conveniently located, and the beach was clean and safe. overall, a family-friendly atmosphere and a fair to good first impression.
